As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to clients in the complex and fast-paced world of real estate investment and development. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
2. Provide strategic advice to clients on property acquisition, disposition, and portfolio management.
3. Develop comprehensive investment strategies tailored to clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
4. Perform property valuations and financial analysis to assess investment viability and potential returns.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute real estate transactions efficiently and effectively.
6. Stay informed about industry regulations, market developments, and emerging trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to enhance business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in real estate analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Real Estate license (preferred but not required).

Location:Our headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado. Remote or hybrid positions are available, providing flexibility for candidates located outside the Denver area.
